At Sensuous Treats, we are committed to delivering your orders fresh and on time. Shipping is done as per customer order delivery date and time requirement. 

Delivery Timelines

  • Next Day Delivery: Available for most products when ordered before the specified cut-off time.
  • Custom Orders: Customized cakes and special orders require advance notice. At least 2 days in advance. Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order placement based on the complexity and preparation time required.
  • Festival & Special Occasions: During peak seasons and festivals, delivery timelines may vary. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

We currently deliver within Bangalore only. Delivery charges may vary based on the delivery location and distance from our store. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value within specific areas.

  • For custom orders, the Sensuous Treats team may contact you to confirm specific requirements and delivery preferences.
  • We will notify you once your order is ready for dispatch and provide tracking information when available.

Delivery Instructions

Please provide an accurate delivery address, contact number, and any specific delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. Our delivery team will make every effort to follow your instructions. If you need to change the delivery address or time after placing the order, please contact us immediately. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery team is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery location, or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts. Sensuous Treats reserves the right to cancel the order if delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts.

Product Quality & Freshness

All our products are freshly prepared and handled with care during packaging and delivery. We use appropriate packaging materials to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, we recommend consuming perishable items as soon as possible after delivery for the best experience.
