Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Sensuous Treats maintains the policy of keeping the customer first and satisfied as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • We will contact you via the phone number/email ID provided to confirm order details, price, and estimated delivery time. You shall not be entitled to cancel the order once you have received the above confirmation from us, unless an item becomes unavailable post-confirmation.
  • Please write an email to sensuoustreats@gmail.com or call +91 9916663611 for cancellation and refund requests. We will evaluate the transaction, and after approval, a refund will be initiated.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account/wallet in 5-7 working days post complete verification.

2. We reserve our sole right to cancel your order if:

  • We cannot reach you to confirm the order.
  • The delivery address provided is not within our service areas.
  • Failure to deliver due to lack of necessary information.
  • Unavailability of the items ordered.

3. Product Quality Concerns

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or product quality is not satisfactory, you must bring it to the notice of the Sensuous Treats customer service team at +91 9916663611 within 3 hours of receiving the product.

Important: We will require you to provide a photo or a sample of the product for investigating quality concerns.
